Prepare Catfish: Season the catfish fillets with Delta Dust Blackened Seasoning. Bake at 425°F for 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked. Let it cool and flake the fish. 2. Mixing the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth. 3. Adding Flavors: Stir in the green onions, red bell pepper, minced garlic, Delta Dust Blackened Seasoning, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. 4. Incorporate Catfish: Fold the flaked catfish into the mixture, ensuring it’s evenly distributed. 5. Bake: Transfer to a baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar on top. Bake at 375°F for about 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly. 6.
