Easy Oven Baked Ribs

 

 

Ingredients

  • 3-4 pounds spare ribs (membrane removed)
  • 1 cup of Uncle Dibbz Memphis Bussin' BBQ Rub
  • 1/4 cup of yellow mustard
  • 4 table spoons of unsalted butter
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • ½ cup of apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  • Rub yellow mustard over the back side of the ribs which will act as a binder.
  • Season with Uncle Dibbz Memphis Bussin' BBQ Rub and gently pat so seasonings sticks to the ribs. (Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the top side of the ribs)
  • Place ribs on a rimmed baking sheet on top of a cooling rack. Bake for 1 hour. On heavy duty foil, place butter, apple cider vinegar and barbecue sauce. After an hour remove ribs from oven and lay them top side down on top of the sauce mixture. Wrap tightly and place back in the oven for 1 more hour.
  • Remove from the oven and brush with barbecue sauce. Broil at 475 degrees F for 3-4 minutes if crispy top is desired. Enjoy!
