Oven Fried Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 24 chicken wings (cut)
  • 4 tbsp canola oil
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 cup of Uncle Dibbz Durtty Bird Rub
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup baking powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 390°F. Line a baking sheet with foil then place a cooling rack on the tray.
  • Toss the wings in the canola oil and season wings with 1/2 cup of Uncle Dibbz Durtty Bird Rub
  • Mix flour and baking powder together with remaining Uncle Dibbz Durtty Bird Rub.
  • Coat wings in the flour mixture, then shake the excess off well. Place on the rack. Repeat with remaining wings.
  • Spray the legs generously with cooking spray.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, flip the wings and coat with more cooking spray after 30 mins. Increase the oven to 430°F then bake for a further 15 minutes or until the skin is crispy. That's good Shawty!
