And its even better the next day. 🌶️💥 Get my recipe below ⬇️ or on uncledibbz.com [Link in Bio] Ingredients: - 2 lbs beef steak (preferably chuck or round), diced - Uncle Dibbz Texas Steak Rub [link in bio] - 2 tbsp olive oil - 1 large onion, minced - 3 garlic cloves, minced - 1-2 jalapeños, finely chopped (adjust for heat) - 2 cans (14.5 oz each) diced tomatoes - 2 tbsp tomato paste - 3 tbsp Uncle Dibbz Big Chili Style seasoning [link in bio] - 3-4 cups beef broth (adjust as needed) - Juice of 1 lime - Optional toppings: sour cream, shredded cheese, green onions, cilantro, diced jalapeño, lime wedges Instructions: 1. Season steak with Uncle Dibbz Texas Steak Rub. Brown in a pot over medium-high heat, then set aside. 2. Sauté onion, garlic, and jalapeño on medium heat until soft. 3. Add Uncle Dibbz Big Chili Style seasoning; cook for 1-2 minutes. 4. Mix in steak, tomatoes, and tomato paste. 5. Add beef broth; bring to boil, then simmer on low for 1-1.5 hours. 6. Stir in lime juice before serving. 7. Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs of beef steak (preferably chuck or round steak), diced
  • Uncle Dibbz Texas Steak Rub (for seasoning the steak)
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1-2 jalapeños, finely chopped (adjust to heat preference)
  • 2 cans (14.5 oz each) of diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp of tomato paste
  • Uncle Dibbz Big Chili Style seasoning
  • 3-4 cups beef broth (adjust as needed)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, shredded cheese, green onions, cilantro, diced jalapeño, lime wedges

Instructions:

  1. Season the diced steak with Uncle Dibbz Texas Steak Rub and brown in a pot with olive oil. Set aside.
  2. Sauté onion, garlic, red bell pepper, and jalapeño in the same pot until softened.
  3. Add Uncle Dibbz Big Chili Style seasoning and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Mix in the browned steak, diced tomatoes, and tomato paste.
  5. Add beef broth and simmer uncovered for 1-1.5 hours.
  6. Stir in the juice of one lime just before serving.
  7. Serve hot with optional toppings.
